Manufacturing process
From drawing review to packed delivery
Eight controlled stages, each with its own inspection gate. You always know which step your programme is on and what comes next.
- Step 01
Design & DFM review
We start from your drawing or sample, then return manufacturability feedback on wall thickness, drafts, tolerances and cost drivers.
- Step 02
Mould design & simulation
Gating, cooling and ejection are designed, then validated by mould flow analysis before the steel is cut.
- Step 03
Mould making
In-house mould making with hardened tool steels, documentable timeline and trial-shot verification.
- Step 04
Die casting
Cold-chamber die casting machines from 160 t to 1,600 t, with vacuum assistance for pressure-tight parts.
- Step 05
Deburring & trimming
Trimming dies, tumbling and manual finishing to prepare parts for a stable machining setup.
- Step 06
CNC machining
Sealing grooves, bearing bores, threads and interfaces machined in dedicated cells with in-process gauging.
- Step 07
Surface treatment
Blasting, anodising, electrophoresis, powder and liquid coating through controlled and audited partners.
- Step 08
Inspection, packing & delivery
Final inspection against the control plan, then protective packing and shipping — air, sea or consolidated.

R&D & engineering
Simulation first, steel second
Mould design, fixtures, machining process and flow analysis are developed in-house, so the first trial shot is already close to production condition.

Quality & systems
Certified systems behind every delivery
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and OHSAS 18001 management systems support process control, traceability and continuous improvement.
ISO 9001
Certified 2001
Quality management system for consistent process control across every production line.
ISO 14001
Certified 2007
Environmental management covering melt, machining waste, chemicals and energy use.
IATF 16949
Certified 2008
Automotive quality management with PPAP, APQP, MSA and full traceability requirements.
OHSAS 18001
Certified 2016
Occupational health and safety management for foundry and machining operations.

- A professional, stable engineering team — average tenure counted in years, not months
- Complete in-house equipment: die casting, CNC, surface treatment, inspection
- First-class product quality control with documented inspection at every gate
