Intelligent Robot Components
Joint housings, reducer covers and lightweight arms for robots and automation
⤢

Overview
Robot joints are a balance of stiffness and weight. We cast thin-walled joint housings, reducer interfaces and arm segments, controlling flatness and bore alignment so gearboxes seat cleanly and backlash stays predictable over the machine's life.
What we control
- Wall sections down to 1.5 mm for weight-sensitive joints
- Bore-to-bore alignment held within 0.03 mm
- Flow simulation used to avoid cold shuts in complex ribs
- Low-stress machining sequence to protect thin walls
Typical specifications
- Material
- ADC12 · A360 · EN AC-46000
- Part weight
- 0.08 – 8 kg
- Achievable tolerance
- ±0.015 mm
- Surface treatment
- Blasting · Hard anodising · Electrophoresis
Specification ranges depend on geometry and volume. Send a drawing and we will confirm what is achievable for your part.
