What you will do
- Own process parameters, cycle time and yield for assigned die-casting cells
- Drive mould trials, first-article approval and continuous improvement
- Work with tooling and quality teams on defect elimination
What we look for
- 5+ years in aluminium die casting process engineering
- Familiar with vacuum die casting and flow simulation outputs
- Able to read drawings and interpret CMM reports
Mould Design EngineerDepartment: Tooling EngineeringLocation: Shenzhen, ChinaFull-timeLearn more ▾
What you will do
- Design die-casting moulds from customer drawings and 3D models
- Run flow and solidification simulation and optimise gating and cooling
- Support mould trials and design changes through to stable production
What we look for
- 3+ years in die-casting mould design, proficient in 2D/3D CAD
- Understanding of mould steels, heat treatment and structure strength
- Experience with aluminium thin-wall parts preferred
CNC Machining EngineerDepartment: Manufacturing EngineeringLocation: Shenzhen, ChinaFull-timeLearn more ▾
What you will do
- Develop fixtures, programs and processes for machined castings
- Improve cycle time, tool life and dimensional capability
- Maintain machining documentation and control plans
What we look for
- Skilled in 3- and 4-axis programming, 5-axis a plus
- Experience machining aluminium castings with tight tolerances
- Data-driven approach to capability improvement
Quality Engineer (CQE)Department: Quality AssuranceLocation: Shenzhen, ChinaFull-timeLearn more ▾
What you will do
- Handle customer complaints, 8D reports and corrective actions
- Prepare PPAP and control plans for new programmes
- Lead gauge management and measurement system analysis
What we look for
- 3+ years in quality engineering in die casting or machining
- Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 core tools
- Good written English for customer communication
International Sales EngineerDepartment: Sales & MarketingLocation: Shenzhen / overseasFull-timeLearn more ▾
What you will do
- Develop new customers in Europe, Japan and North America
- Translate technical requirements between customer and engineering
- Own quotations, RFQs and programme commercial follow-up
What we look for
- Fluent English (Japanese or German a strong plus)
- 2+ years selling technical manufacturing services
- Comfortable reading drawings and discussing tolerances
Die-casting Machine TechnicianDepartment: ProductionLocation: Shenzhen, ChinaFull-timeLearn more ▾
What you will do
- Set up and operate cold-chamber die casting machines (160 t – 1,600 t)
- Monitor quality and record process data every shift
- Support first-line maintenance and 5S on the cell
What we look for
- 3+ years operating aluminium die casting machines
- Able to read process parameter sheets and use basic gauges
- Team-oriented, safety-first mindset
