3D-printed robot vacuum components
Structural parts for robot vacuums produced by 3D printing for tooling-free prototyping and small batches — covers, chassis frames and gearbox brackets that switch to die casting at volume.

Overview
Robot vacuum programmes move fast: three design iterations before tooling is even approved. 3D printing gives you functional parts in days without mould cost, so fit and assembly are proven first. Once the design freezes we move the same part to aluminium die casting with identical interfaces, keeping the供应链 continuous. Printed parts can be reinforced with ribs, bosses and cable channels that would need slides in a mould.
What we control
- No tooling cost for prototypes and small batches
- Functional parts in 3–7 days
- Topology-optimised lightweight structures
- Same interfaces when switching to die casting

Specification ranges depend on geometry and volume. Send a drawing and we will confirm what is achievable for your part.
Send us a drawing, a sample or even a rough idea
Our engineering team reviews manufacturability, proposes a process chain and returns an indicative quotation — usually within one working day.
