AI server liquid-cooling components
Liquid-cooling plates, channel plates and cold-plate modules for AI servers and GPU nodes — vacuum die cast then precision machined, with sealing faces and connector bosses formed in one piece.
Overview
Vacuum die casting keeps porosity low, so liquid-cooling plates hold pressure and pass leak tests consistently. Sealing grooves, O-ring seats and mounting faces are machined on 4/5-axis centres to ±0.02 mm. Connector bosses, mounting brackets and stiffening ribs are cast in one piece to cut assembly steps. Finished parts go through air-leak and flatness inspection before packing.
